Today
is, “International Literacy Day” on September 8; on the other hand, according
to the UN report, around 700 million adults in this world are illiterate, such
as they do not even know how to count numeracy or give a signature. So, they
take it for granted, and without a shadow of a doubt, they are cheated.
Consequently, illiterate people consider themselves as a thick.
Vocabulary:
